2017 Program Timeline

December - March 2017

Program promotion and awareness campaign.

April 21, 2017

Participation registration deadline.  Confirmation of registration will be sent within 24 hours.  Organizations will then receive an invoice within 15 days (if applicable). Fees are due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Organizations choosing to withdraw from the process may do so by this date without incurring a withdrawal fee by contacting a BCG representative.

April 26, 2017

A Web link for the Email Upload Portal is sent to the primary contact to upload employee email addresses for survey distribution. The deadline to upload the file containing the email addresses is April 28. Organizations that need access codes will also request them via this portal (online option only).

Deadline to submit customization requests (optional).

Deadline to request alternate language surveys (if applicable).

Deadline to request surveying additional employees (beyond the random sample amount needed for the survey)

Deadline to submit your company’s list of employee email addresses to BCG via the Email Upload Portal. This is also the deadline to request any access codes for employees without company email addresses (online option only).

A Web link for the BCG Employer Questionnaire will be sent to the contact at each of the registered companies.

May 5, 2017

If applicable, the paper version of the employee survey and postage-paid return envelopes, and other process details and instructions are mailed to the participating companies for distribution (paper option only).

May 12, 2017

Completed Employer Questionnaires are due.

 May 19, 2017

Online Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Surveys are sent via email (online option only).

May 26, 2017

Deadline for paper version of the employee survey (paper option only).

June 2, 2017

Deadline for all employee surveys (online option only).

Late July 2017

BCG prepares and issues congratulatory and non-winner notification letters to the participants.

Late August 2017

The Employee Feedback Reports (if purchased) are sent to applicable organizations.

October 2017

Publication date for Best Auto Auctions to Work for.

November 2017

Benchmarking portion of the Employee Feedback Report is sent (if purchased).  The BCG Employer Benchmark Summary is also sent.

November 2017

Event date for Best Auto Auctions to Work for.
